Alchemist Academy is the first training centre in Medan that teach kids about 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 (EQ, FQ, and AQ) through programmed lesson that arranged carefully with our Alchemist Academy’s team.

We are teaching kids about Multiple Intelligence in various physical activity following the themes that been taught in the class. Our purpose is to equip kids with the skills they need to face challenges ahead that is fast and dynamic.

VISION

To be a centre for training and development of mindset, personality and mentality to form a better national generation.

MISSION

To teach adversity intelligence, emotional, and financial literacy through practical, easy and fun approach.

What we embody in our actions are eight core values.

Founders

We are professional that work more than 10 years in education field. In our training center, we can deliver lessons in fun and exciting way, so that kids could interpret the material in the class easily.

Filia Bernady

Filia studied Education and Arts in her University years. She is a certified EQ Facilitator and Coach. She is also a Master of NLP Practitioner and attended certification programs for Parenting and Positive Psychology from Yale University and University of Pennsylvania. She recently completed her training with Brain Gym International.

David Je

David graduated with Bachelor of Medical Science from UNSW, Australia. He then found his passion in teaching and has been an educator for the past 14 years. He attended numerous self-development courses and attained his certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master of NLP Practitioner, and a Qualified Wealth Planner.

Castiqlianie Luo

Castiqlianie is an educator with extensive experience working with learners from pre-school to high school since 2010. She is a Cambridge certified teacher, and she also a certified Cambridge English speaking examiner. In addition, she also holds the certification of Master NLP Practitioner and coach by American Board of NLP and International Association of Coaching Institutes.
